Norwescon PSA
Did you know that there are two Doubletree hotel properties in south King County? When I parked at SeaTac because nothing else was available, I got on the shuttle for the wrong one the first time. Norwescon is at the Doubletree Airport, not the Doubletree Guest Suites. All's well that ends well, though, because I got on the right shuttle and sprinted across the parking lot (and was reminded that I was running across a parking lot in black at night) and got to registration the minute it was supposed to close. Badge snarfed.
Saw army of peeps and said a brief yeaus. Shocked many by wearing butch clothes - I just didn't have time to change out of them, sad to say. Caught part of the Alt Scene Etiquette panel, where a large number of us cranky geezers admonished a smaller number of baby bats not to do tacky or illegal stuff in public.
