My current employer has three washrooms (12 people in the company, so it works) -- one mens and one womens on the floor where we all work, and a unisex one on the ground floor. So that, at least, is something that doesn't come up; I hear it is an amazingly obnoxious thing to deal with in most workplaces. :(

On an unrelated note: I am in Québec City right now. As the person who introduced me to Unibroue beers, you might find this amazing. (And that's at Couche-Tard, a depanneur/convenience store, kind of like 7-11--so that's convenience store prices. I might never leave this place.)
