Australia is nineteen hours ahead of the US west coast. That isn't great, but continental Europe, which is nine hours ahead, really kicks my butt. I feel sorry for the Indians who live on the west coast but go back to visit family. They don't go often, but they do go for long stretches, much of which are surely blown adjusting to the pessimal twelve hours.
