The bandage is off! Well, during the daytime.
I got the last of my stitches out yesterday, and I no longer need to wear ace bandage during the day, just at night. How do I look? Well, the scar under my chin is still angry, with a few lumps and puckers. There's only one lump remaining on my face, though, and even that might not be noticeable to anyone but me. I hesitate to post pics because a) it's a bother and b) my face probably needs at least another couple of weeks for things to really settle down.
The difference thus far is subtler than I expected. Maybe that's due to swelling, or maybe that's because I now look more like how I've always thought I looked. I've told the Tickler she can be the first to sit on my new face next month.
Will I get more work done, for example to get rid of my vexatious eyebrow ridges? Signs point to no. This wasn't painful or unreasonably expensive, but recovery is time-consuming and full of chores, and any further work promises to be more so as well as more expensive.

Sexy No Face is kind of genius! I’m already committed to another project for Halloween, but I don’t rule out next year.
