res gestae; Nibbal health

I fixed my corset defect. My anal side is purring with satisfaction.

I am the Thomas Payne of traffic calming. Rawr!

Her Nibs has been having a lot of joint pain lately. Her rheumatologist has recommended her for the new socko-pow B-cell drug that I've mentioned here before (rituximab). Now, though, it turns out that the long term risks are even nastier and less well known than either of us thought: even a short course might eliminate your natural ability to fight cancer permanently. There's just not enough data about it. She's bummed. To quote her, "I can't live like this." You know, I hung my hopes on this stuff for quite a while, but if she doesn't want to do it now I wouldn't blame her.

Much appreciated. To tell you the truth, we're not doing too badly for babysittng: we swap with one of my co-workers occasionally, we know a (frequently unavailable) 16-year-old, and the Nibsdad is our emergency backup. Our hip sitter is graduating from WSU at the end of the month and coming back. The limiting factor for us is usually Her Nibs' health.

I've been thinking it's been way too long since I saw you in real life. Good luck with your boy and his sleeping.
