Speaking of boots... do you know where to get size 12 women's shoes and boots? A friend of mine is 6' and she has a hard time finding club appropriate shoes. i don't think she is looking for really high heel shoes, but something like what I wear which are feminine looking combat-ty lace-up boots.

Shoes in general? Nordie's Rack. Club shoes? Well, there are lots of places out on the net that I haven't tried, so I can't promise that they carry 12's. However, I'm one of the many who've had good experiences with Zappos.com.
