Mt. Rainier: Happy, snowy, green awesome as opposed to the scary, dusty, blasted awesome of Mt. St. Helens. Probably the only time I've ever tried to shoot a panorama vertically. I caught myself smiling all day, and this from somebody who doesn't like nature much. (What would you expect from somebody so unnatural?) Did just enough walking around Paradise to wear out the kids & Nibs. Perfect.

Had to miss Jacob London because Lo-Fi double booked. Eejits. So, caught a bit of Miles Maeda at Des Amis, shook booty, and sweated considerably even with bare, shaven legs. Question for discussion: you see a young blond woman who reminds you of no one if not Paris Hilton's human sister, i.e. she's better looking than I can ever be made to be. It turns out that she's a good dancer, even in Wedgies. Appalling or reassuring?

It looks like I'll be at oracle2c's alone due to the heat, but that can have its advantages.

There were little patches of snow right next to the trail we walked. It's almost gone, but not quite.
