secrets and poop

The Wendling simply does not want to be caught pooping. He won't poop if he's wearing "regular" underwear (actually extra thick in case of accidents), and he won't poop if I'm in the room with him. I left him alone in a daiper for all of three minutes, but that was all it took for him to hide under his bed and drop a load. *sigh* Five years, four months and thirteen days and counting.

In other news, I refer you to vixyish, who I hope will update her journal after she gets off the plane. I could tell you, but she'd have to kill me

See, at least he knows when he's got to go. Have you tried bribery? I know it sounds awful, but I have read that you can do it for a while, then gradually phase it out. Apparently the child will want to use the potty because he knows he's a big boy, and blah blah blah. :)
