Had a lovely time at nerdvana. Highlight? Introducing über-scientist rigel_p to the Siberian Siren, high femme party girl extraordinaire. They lay to either side of me on one of the more decadent pieces of furniture when rigel_p summed it up: "Your life is so hard." Hand, staple, forehead.

Yesterday gement herded rigel_p and me to "Les Misérables". I'm not usually a fan of musicals, but this is one where they took a good stage musical and made a great film. Worth the price of admission.

Dating has already started to suck this year, and work is a slog. The Lambert House DB rewrite, however, is going swimmingly. Last year exceeded expectations, and I'm determined that this one will, too.
