It took the Verizon techs twelve hours at my house to make it work, and the jacks still have no faceplates. They're coming back tomorrow.

I thought they didn't do 10/2 anymore and that everyone was upgraded to 20/5.

When they finally got it working, they did a speed test. It was 10/2.

After you're all installed, give them a call and ask about a speed upgrade. For me, 20/5 was the same price as I was paying for 10/2.
