Those are the words from my lender. I'm a few signatures away from the federally mandated three-day waiting period. I could theoretically be ready to sign this Friday instead of next.
Mind you, I still have nearly all the packing left to do, but I'm getting irresistably psyched about moving. Sunday morning was beautiful, and I spent it riding from the Devil Girl Pad to the Devil Girl House, as I've done several times over the last couple of weeks, and thence to the really nice coffee joint six blocks away.
