The costume: Gorey Girl from the opening titles to "Mystery!" No, not the one tied up & moaning on the roof, the one doing the tango downstairs. I was surprised at how obscure it was, even with clues. It's a black hooded sheath dress in polyester knit with a feather attached to the hood and the Perfect Choker bought from icprncs, who may be the only person who would have gotten the outfit right away. Next year's outfit will be obvious and highly topical. Nyeh heh heh.

Went to Nerdvana & enjoyed the fruits of my labor. (Of my labor, you freaks.) corivax wins the geek prize for being the Vowel Shift, tagging everybody with their names mutated. I salute loree for the towering impracticality of her Flying Spaghetti Monster. I am touched by its noodly appendage. I can honestly say that a Purple Monkey Dishwasher isn't as bad as I expected.

Poked in head at Merc. Many, many people I'd never seen before. Strange vibe. domichan, though, makes a to-die-for cute Chinese communist. I still haven't quite figured out the bottom half of vienna_le_rouge's Snow White, but it goes without saying that she looked fabulous in it.

Didn't Vogue. Shoes & fatigue got to me, I think. Punch line: Her Nibs & the Wendling weren't home. In theory I could have stayed out later, but just didn't feel like it. Tell me I'm not geezing out.
