surprises from and for my boy; book
Apr. 19th, 2010 08:42 pmAnother milestone for m'boy: he mowed the lawn largely unsupervised, and his only screw-ups were a few unmown tufts and a cord tangled around a hydrangea. I love it when he surprises me like this.
Speaking of surprises & my boy, I've reluctantly agreed to drop the info bomb on him after he gets back from summer camp in August, not right after his birthday. That doesn't mean, however, that other transition activities will be delayed.
Stayed up too late reading Nothing To Envy, the stories of some escapees from North Korea. True horror, people.
