I utterly adore Wella and it's one of the things that I shop for every time I come down to Sea Atoll. Indeed, go lighter by at least one shade, and follow the instructions ^^exactly^^ as given.
Without Wella, my hair would be white (one of the unanticipated consequences of my English holiday at age 18). With Wella, it's a nice palest blonde. There is a difference. ^_^
