And I'm pretty sure I over-dried them. I set it to 135°F (58°C) as the manual suggested for all veggies. I guess that's what happens when you're drying things that naturally come conveniently thin. What's so nice about that is that when it comes time to get ready to go, I can whip out three batches in a day, no problem.
