Yesterday: woke up at 0338, which isn't that unusual these days, two days after my shot. I've been developing such a tolerance for melatonin lately that I tried not taking any, so of course I didn't get back to sleep and spent mosts of yesterday in zombie mode.
Today: woke up at 0319, damned the torpedoes, popped two melatonin (10mg in total?), turned off my alarm that's set for 0600, got back to sleep in a little over an hour, and then dreamt that my alarm went off. The time? 0602. I think I managed to sleep for another 45 minutes; I'm not even sure.
Really? Really? I dreamt myself awake at almost exactly my usual alarm time? What? The? Fuck? Never mind waking up at almost the same oh dark thirty two nights in a row. That's almost normal for me these days.
