It is! and they did... sort of. But then sent an email saying there was an error and not to use them. We've gotten corrected W-2s now, but not K-1s (part of the agreement when I sold the clinic was that I got stock in WVP, which has to be reported annually too). They have been late with the K-1 2 of 3 years since then, and this year will be again - they sent out a message saying we should just file for an extension and not expect it. So if I file now, I'll have to do an amendment later. Not that it likely matters to anybody who's not a veterinarian, but WVP is a shitshow of a company, don't work for them.
