So I decided to mollify the Nibbal Unit last night and not go a-Merc'ing with MOOists last night, figuring that I'd seen many of them NYE and could go out tonight to ajka's makeup party, which I reallyreally wanted to do. But neau, the weather had to go right to the sewage treatment plant. I argue with Her Nibs, reserve a Flexcar 'cause she doesn't want me crashing the Anonymobile, and see a newscast whereby I promise not to go out if it says, "Don't drive if you don't have to." Needless to say, I've now cancelled the Flexcar.

I made an informal resolution to miss less cool stuff this year. So far not so good.

Thank Bob I have a DVD player and a video store within walking distance, which is probably a rarity on the east side. I'm so milking this for all it's worth.
