This weekend I

• was deprived of sleep by the Wendling leading to my
• gnashing my teeth, thereby chipping an incisor followed a few hours later by
• finding out that the party that I thought was on the 23rd is really on the 30th, thereby causing me to scramble to rearrange plans (thereby making me look like a flake to one of you) and
• not get out & about until 11:00 on Saturday which was followed the next day by
• an even-less-well-than-usual and therefore cranky Nibbal Unit.

Happy thotz:

• At least I didn't show up at the unparty.
• I went on a date on Saturday night with Her Nibs to see
• I ♥ Huckabees, which is pretty damn silly and pop-psychy, yet somehow avoids being insipid. I liked it. I think Charlie Kaufman has changed Hollywood for the better.
• There are 1.2 million more registered voters in Florida this year than there were in 2000.
