Wore my Lucrezia Borgia outfit (as seen in the user pic) for what's become the annual Halloween sushi lunch with ex-cow-orkers. One of them came dressed up as me in a company polo shirt. It Is To Laugh. The wait staff didn't make as big a fuss as last time, but that's fine with me. I was hungry & wanted to catch up with folks.

My ex-orkers' Japanese is and has always been way better than mine. I need to practice more if I'm going to keep doing lunch with them. Of course, it helps a lot if you do what they did and live in Japan for a while, or as some of them did, pick Japanese parents.

Spicy scallop maki is teh yum.
