My Internet access fled during the night. More Verizon techs are coming to the Abbey this morning. Nibs is displeased, because she needs it for work. Possibly a bad pair in the cable to the Abbey office, because the phone on the other pair works fine.

Still badgeless, and low on sleep.

Once again I have badge, bus pass for no extra charge (this time - I can't lose it again this year), and Internet access. That last is better than ever: remote desktop is pretty slick at 10 Mbps. I could get used to this living in the future. According to Nibs, more experienced techs showed up and had it up in two hours. And what a fortuitous coincidence that the badge office is not far from the well-decorated lair of a certain baked good goth.
