fibromyalgia vs. sleep
Mar. 20th, 2010 08:24 amNibs has had trouble sleeping because of fibromyalgia for years. Just the pressure on her skin from lying down is enough to cause discomfort. Her inability to get a decent night's sleep many if not most nights is a problem for the whole family, especially if I'm supposed to be out of the house in a few months.
Says Nibs, sleep docs agree that the usual methods like sleep reduction don't work for fibro. CALLING ALL FIBRO FOLKS: What do you do to get your sleep?
I can't believe I didn't do this a long time ago.
And from the Dept. of TMI, pumping myself full of estrogens for the third time a few days ago didn't preclude my ability to get very turned on very quickly. I'm OK with that.
