I got email this morning confirming that I will be with Camp Beaverton this year. I predict awesomeness. They really are a fun and way cool group of women who do excellent things out there on the playa. It'll be an honor to do my bit to make the playa a little dykier.
And speaking of Burning Man theme camps, the Space Virgins, with whom I camped at my first Burn back in '07, are having their 20th anniversary party on Saturday night, 1927 3rd Ave. Riz, who also camped with them, will be DJing. I'm so there.
And speaking of dykes, Temptress says she'll meet up with me at the Seattle Center after the Pride parade. (That text conversation briefly devolved into hilarity when she got me mixed up with her husband.) This will be a substantial pain in the butt for her because she lives in the 'burbs to the south. I'll have to make it worth her while. Ahem.
Sunday afternoon is the only Pride plan I have aside from assorted parades & marches. I'll have to coordinate with the Siberian Siren, who's returning from Hawaii today; and my fellow Monday night Lambert House volunqueers, who've been good for a good time for two years running.
