battling the bunion

Remember how I went to my doctor about a bunion the other day? Well, I've

1. grudgingly not worn my pointiest shoes this week, and
2. obtained a couple of medical devices, namely
   1. toe spacers to be worn while walking, and
   2. a splint to be worn while sleeping.
