good (?) design
Oct. 24th, 2019 12:55 pmRemember how I gushed about AirPods when I first got them? Well, for the first time since then, I had trouble getting the Bluetooth to pair, and the usual MacOS actions didn't do the trick.
A little googling showed me the reset button on the back of the little case with the spare battery. This button is flush with the rest of the case, and the same color. I hadn't noticed it before. It's as if Apple wants people to think their products are 100% trouble free, but they know that if they design that way functionally by eliminating the reset button, customers will beat them up a little. My eyes roll.
