So says the subject line of the latest email from my lender. I guess my docs and explanation put me over the top. There are apparently no further barriers to closing on the future Devil Girl House.

That's a good thing, because I've booked movers for April 30th and ordered boxes.

Oh em gee!

I'm fighting the urge to type "Regards, [legal name of nun]" because I keep typing it over and over at the ends of emails.
