And why am I awake at ungodly hours of the morning? Age, I think. I didn't get to bed until 0100 Sunday morning and I still woke up at 0430. I went to bed last night before, I think, 2000. So I'm getting a decent night's sleep, but I'm adjusted to the Eastern time zone at the moment. I think this calls for caffeine abuse. Luckily for me, that means three cups of PG Tips instead of the usual two.

house: appraisal

The appraisal for the new house came in at $1K over what I agreed to pay for it, so I (just barely) don't need to pay any difference in cash. That was... kind of on the nose. My agent is relieved that there are no work orders, as I suppose I should be because timing.
