Happy Monday.

Remember when my bike headlight got stolen about six weeks ago? Well, someone took the tail light last night. What's weird is that around sunset yesterday, I had a sudden urge to check whether my bike was locked. It was, so I relaxed. I've ordered a new light, and now I'll be taking both lights off every time I park it for more than a few minutes. Sheesh.

And from Florida, where my hometown of Gainesville seems to have dodged a hurricane bullet yet again, sad news. Evil Sister is there, and she says Mom didn't know who she was, at least at first. Mind you, early last year Mom was calling Good Sister to ask who I was, but Evil Sister is cisgender and thereby doesn't break the fragile brains of the very old with her mere presence. The thought of Evil Sister as a trans man, by the way, is a little hilarious; her strawberry blonde hair and freckles would amplify the Peter Pan effect.
