But first: Nibs asked me to ask all of you (especially mamishka) for romantic movie recommendations. She has a hot date planned with somebody.

End: Finished the last box of Passover matzo for lunch Monday.
Beginning: Yet another package of knäckebröd. That stuff never tasted so good.

End: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
Beginning: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I've discovered that the way to make sure the Wendling is ready for bed by 8:45 is to reward him with 15 minutes to read Potter to himself. I'm reading less and less of it aloud.

End: The sole of one of my beloved stompy bootz. I can't believe it only took me 15 months to wear through them.
Beginning: A new pair of stompy bootz, soon. Mm, Zappos.

End: Squeezing features into the next release.
Beginning: Bugfix-o-rama.

End: Eleven weeks of no source repository access from the machine I do my builds on.
Beginning: Source repository access from the machine I do my builds on. No more tar-gzip-FTP-gunzip-tar! No more check-in collisions!

Nun plan: Michael Holden, Michael Manahan, and Osiris Indriya, Friday. These guys are old school ravers & Burners - Manahan's my age, fer cryin' out loud - and I like their sounds.

Romantic movies? How about A Matter of Life and Death, The Apartment, Afterlife (the japanese one), Now Voyager, or The Philadelphia Story?

I've seen The Philadelphia Story with Nibs, but I remember wanting to see Afterlife at the film festival here when it came out. Thanks!
