Through a combination of painstaking historical research (OK, the first Google hit), guesswork, spray starch, and cheesy fakery, I've finished the costume that I've been working on for the last couple of months. You can see it at Halloween, you can see it at Burning Man, or you can see it tomorrow night at the Merc:

Put mine together last minute as in yesterday. It's not all that great but, HEY it's about as perky goth - cyber goth or what ever as I'm going to get. Especially considering my first reaction to seeing the sign was, "Hell! No! I"m not going to that. It sounds annoying!" I decided to play nice and give it a whirl.
