costume idea

It's a little bit late for me, but I've recently come up with an idea for a Halloween costume suited to the straitened times in which so many of us find ourselves. It'll be a lot of work, but it may set a record low for cost.

I am impressed, I usually don't start thinking of Halloween costumes until Auguest or September and I usually change my mind 4 times.

My idea for the next costume wasn't in my spreadsheet for the years to come. Those all need a budget.
