I've realized that I can't change my driver's license & voter registration until I have a new address, which I hope to have by the end of this month. D'oh!

That didn't apply to Megan Wallent, I'm pretty sure, because she didn't move.

I was able to change my drivers license over when I had my name change, but I can't remember about the voting registration.

It's not so much "can't". I can do it as soon as my name is changed, but I'd like to have my new address on it.
