Yeah, but this is a first-world country and I don't think I have ever seen late stage Trachoma. Most of my patients had heath insurance and I'm just not into volunteering at the free clinic.

Mostly I saw Entropion congenitally, or from injuries, or just from age. By and large it's fixed by surgery, but if you have a lot of scar tissue or just a few wild hairs, you go with plucking or electro.
