We're back online, getting caught up with mesages and stuff. Sorry to be missing you by roughly 3.5 hours each way and 117 km of road-driving. We're situated at the base of that big blue mountain, behind which the sun sets when you are on the beach in the West End of downtown Vancouver. 73 bucks each way for the ferry, alas......
Next time, given being on the same side of the Salish Sea, definitely would be up for meal or drinkies or a walk on the Stanley Park seawall trail.
Enjoy Vancouver (Big Vancouver, as opposed to the Little Vancouver that's about five hours down I-5 from us!)
