Missed the pride parade for third or fourth year in a row. I did promise the Wendling a bus trip to Uwajimaya, which is what we did then. He's apparently not into parades. How weird is that? I'm feeling deprived and weasly at the same time.

The Nibsmother will be here over the Fourth of July weekend. Once again, my apologies in advance if I'm even more manic than usual afterward.

Is it wrong to have fantasies of freaking out one's short, decent, liver-damaged mother-in-law with gender stuff, and then partying drunkenly with her until 4 a.m.? I thought not.
