Took advantage of Nibs' getting Bombed with monoclonal antibodies to play hooky with sister L & family to see Pike Place, Uwajimaya, and Alki beach when I wasn't driving Nibs around. Terrorized nieces with geoducks. Saw unexpected seal pup! Do I feel guilty about skipping work at crunch time to do that? Hardly: many at MyCo spent much of the day trying to make the regression farm functional again. The rest of us have been waiting to test stuff.

And while at Pike Place, it was all I could do not to squee at shiny necklaces or other non-butch objects. Pretending to be normal seems to be getting harder the older I get.
