The Wendling held his bladder and bowels for an entire fucking day to avoid peeing or pooping in the potty. He was in obvious pain on the way home from dinner at his grandpas, but didn't want us to stop. We're afraid he's going to hurt himself. Heap Big Specialist has been contacted.

Happy news to achieve Taoist balance: I looked for rough_angel in our aforementioned coffee joint, not really expecting to find her, but I did. Next time I'll do it earlier.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS,but i have a freind who had the same problem with her son.He knew he was supposed to go to the toilet,and did a few times,then just stopped and tried to go back to diapers.There are probably some really good reasons for this,like nobody is watchin you when you go in your diapers,and you get some extra attention when you get changed.First my friend took his son in with him when he went pee...so his son would watch and see its okay.That may've helped but i dunno.When it didnt work,he just started bribing him wioth statements like..."no you can't have any of that cake,thats for big boys.You don't use the potty like a big boy.Maybe when you do ...then you can have some." after a few segments of this,it worked.He was dragging his dad inot the bathroom to look at the toilet talking about how he was a big boy now.I dont know how i feel about this,but it seems to have worked.

We've already tried bribing him with at least a dozen different rewards. This kid is so incorruptible he should be running the government. About the only things we haven't tried are either a) illegal or b) involve duct tape.
