Exceedingly alert, longtime readers may remember that Nibs and I used to exchange cards on, nominally, the third of every month because we were married on the third. I had forgotten I saved years' worth of these cards from Nibs, which stopped coming when I told Nibs I wanted to transition. She asked me to pick them up today; I was at the Abbey for a nearby PTA meeting (about which more anon). I got the cards home, started reading, and slowly but thoroughly melted down. Oh yeah, last night was shot night. I called Nibs, who said, "I don't want to cry before bed."
"Too late for me," I said through sniffles.
"Don't be such a girl."
"I can't help it."
Nyuk nyuk nyuk!

Anybody on either side of the family who says Nibs & I didn't or don't have feelings for each other can suck it.

And at the PTA meeting, I volunteered to organize guest speakers & activities during parent-teacher conference week. I was the only one from last year who would touch it, and it's a hard job for a noob. The trouble is, this will bring me to the school post-Full Time, and I haven't cleared that with my son yet.

More hormone fun: the itches in my boobs are moving away from the nipples. This makes sense to me because they're currently a little conical; the itching must be caused by growth.
