Oh yeah: a zappy milestone.

I forgot to post about this earlier in the week. After Sunday's 6-hour zappy session, I was at least temporarily free of hair above the jawline for the first time in thirty years. I'd guess that at least half of that area has been permacleared - and yes, I'm aware of the implications of fractals on measuring area. Hush, you geeks. Virtually all of the brown hairs on my face and neck are dead, Jim; she went after them first at my direction. It isn't quite as earth-shaking as announcing that I won't need any more electrolysis ever, but it felt momentous to me after over 220 hours. I'll take my victories where I can find them.

After my face & neck will come the dessert: my chest and (ahem) nipples. I figure that if my mother and sisters don't have to shave or pluck there, I shouldn't have to either. I've promised myself that I'm not getting any tattoos until the zappy is finished, and I finally thought of a design I'd like.

I've dated women with hair on their nipples, maybe you shouldn't worry about that.

Of course, it's up to you since I've never been out angling for dates with fem lesbians so I don't know what they prefer.

In this day & age, my impression is that getting rid of hair is a good idea, especially because I'm usually dating women younger than I am.
