I appear to have left a $20 bill at the Merc. It's a good thing my butt is securely attached to me or it'd be at the Metro lost and found by now.
The Wendling's first tee ball game of the year was yesterday. Less jumpenflappen than last year, but it's still taxing to stand next to him at third base and tell him every few seconds to look where the ball is and not throw dirt, chew his glove, and so on. This is why I think soccer is better for younger kids. I tried as gingerly as I could to play catch with an actual Little Leauge baseball with him, but he's got some serious ballophobia. On the whole, though, he seems to be acting much less autistic over the last few days, which makes life at the Abbey better for everyone.
