The toe spacers & splint seem to have made my bunion less painful since I started using them on Friday.

I've tweaked my back, dammit, but it's definitely improved since last night. I think it's just a muscle spasm.

Good, if they can help you avoid or postpone surgery.

Bad, muscle spasms are no fun. I have one spot mid-back that has been prone to spasms since I was a teen (sucker punched in the back, cracked a rib).
