Welp, the Norwegian did something not too surprising and backed out of helping me with the sex toy project. She says she just doesn't have the time. I was trying to set up an in-person meeting, and just iterating to convergence on a date was taking days between text messages or DMs.
How much do I believe her reasons? Not 100%, but that doesn't even matter for the business. I don't think I was being unreasonable, and she did ask me to keep on top of her when she first said she'd help out.
So what's next? I contact sex educators, sex therapists, and other toy reviewers I know or know of and offer them toys. When I know how many I need I get them made and send them out. I make changes based on their feedback if necessary. I already have a few questions for them.
Out of more-than-idle curiosity, do any vagina-havers out there in Journaland want to try my toy? These days it would be made of nylon or polyurethane, and it would look like this. It occurs to me that this render doesn't have any dimensions; they would be similar to the original handmade Clara.
