impending sister visit

My middle sister L is coming to visit, with her hubby and daughters, on Tuesday for a week. While I'm getting ready for Burning Man. Yes, maybe that's suboptimal planning on my part, but she nixed the better, earlier dates long ago. Between )'(, L, and next month's planned release at MyCo things could get crazy, but I'm still looking forward to L's visit. I haven't seen much of my sisters or parents since I left their coast eighteen years ago Sunday, and I miss them. I'm usually the one who calls.

Props to Nibs for talking L out of a trip to the San Juans and the Skagit county fair. There's plenty to do closer to the Abbey, and it takes a hell of a lot less traveling and money. Volcanoes? Ferries? Geoducks? We've got it all.

I still talk about the Geoducks. I don't know why I find them so funny...ehhh...yeah I do. Bahahahaha... *sigh* Yeah...

Next time, it's hiking up a mountain and seeing snow.
